This page explains the basic rules for delivery, withdrawal rights, returns, and custom-made products for purchases made through yagmurozer.com.

Delivery Terms

Orders are prepared according to product stock and production status. For ready-to-ship products, the delivery process starts after order confirmation. MNG Kargo may be used for domestic shipments, and DHL may be used for international shipments. Shipping is free.

Delivery times may vary depending on whether the product is ready-to-ship, a collection item, or a custom-made item; the delivery address; operational conditions of the shipping company; public holidays; customs; and force majeure events. The customer is informed before the legal maximum delivery period is exceeded.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For ready-to-ship products received by the buyer, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, suitable for resale, and returned with all labels, packaging, accessories, and invoice where applicable.

Return requests must be sent in writing to manager@yagmurozer.com. Products sent without return approval may take longer to process. Products to be returned must be sent to the address below.

After the 14-day legal withdrawal period, requests submitted between days 15 and 30 may be reviewed through the return/exchange evaluation form as part of customer satisfaction. This review does not mean the legal withdrawal period is extended.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products specially prepared, sized, personalized, or produced from scratch in line with the buyer’s requests or personal needs. One-of-a-kind products custom-made from Yagmur Ozer’s special catalogue are included in this scope.

Return requests may be rejected in cases involving hygiene, use, damage, removal of labels, deterioration of product integrity, or loss of suitability for resale.
