Article 1 - Parties

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website at https://yagmurozer.com.

Article 3 - Product, Price, and Payment

The essential characteristics, sale price, total price including taxes, quantity, delivery information, and any campaign conditions of the products subject to this agreement are as shown on the checkout screen and order summary. Payment is made through the secure payment methods offered on the website.

iyzico may be used as the payment infrastructure for Türkiye. Card information is not stored by the Seller.

Article 4 - Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified during checkout. MNG Kargo may be used for domestic shipments, and DHL may be used for international shipments. Shipping is free. Delivery time may vary according to product stock, production status, and delivery address conditions.

If the product cannot be delivered, if the buyer is not present at the address, if delivery information is provided incorrectly, or if delays arise from cargo operations, the Seller informs the buyer in accordance with applicable legislation.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

For ready-to-ship products, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. Withdrawal notice must be made in writing to manager@yagmurozer.com.

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, suitable for resale, and sent complete with labels and packaging where applicable. The return process is completed after the product reaches the Seller and its compliance with return conditions is reviewed.

Article 6 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared, sized, personalized, or produced from scratch in line with the Buyer’s requests or personal needs. One-of-a-kind products custom-made from Yagmur Ozer’s special catalogue are included in this scope.

Article 7 - Refund Amount

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, the product price is refunded within the periods prescribed by legislation and through the method used by the buyer for payment. Reflection periods caused by banks or payment institutions are not under the Seller’s control.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees are authorized for applications below TRY 186,000 for 2026; consumer courts are authorized for disputes above this amount. Applications may be made to the competent authorities at the buyer’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out.
